1) Make sure you're connected to the appropriate network (MCS for school-owned devices, MCS-PUBLIC for personal teacher devices, ***-GUEST or MCS-EVENTS for guests). 

2)  Clear cache and cookies 

3) Sync company portal

4) Restart your computer

5) Log in to Securly

 



When those things fail, it's helpful to open a ticket with lots of details about what's happening vs. what you want to happen. One key details that's really helpful for us to troubleshoot is having your computer name. You can find your computer name using these steps.
