Students transition from a school that blocks youtube to a school that allows youtube are being blocked. I.e., no 10th graders can see youtube; 8th graders who went to MRIS have it blocked, but who went to CGIS do not
Cause: There's a problem on securly's end their sync to our policies is broken.
Solution: We manually moved kids in Securly temporarily until Securly fixed the underlying issue
