In some cases with the Asus, trackpads have been disabled en masse
We've seen 2 causes - drivers that failed to load properly, and devices whose trackpads were set to disabled by default.
Solution: Drivers should be good on all student devices in rotation. To re-enable a trackpad that has been disabled, hit the F6 key or FN+F6
