This one looks like an advertisement from a mailing list you're on. There's no need for action unless you want to block the sended in your email.
To block a sender in your Outlook mail, click the 3 dots above the message, select block, and then block the sender. This is preferable to hitting the "unsubscribe" button, because sometimes in legitimate phishing messages, attackers use the "unsubscribe" button as their malicious link.
