Downloading Apps from Company Portal on iPads
- First, open the company portal app on your iPad. If you do not have the company portal app on your iPad, please put in a ticket.
- Once you open the app, you should see some apps available for download. If your app isn't present here, click the 'View all apps' button and you will be able to see a list of all available apps with a search bar at the top. If your app still isn't listed, please put in a tech ticket so we can add it to Company Portal.
- Once you find your app, click on it. On the next screen you will need to click the Install button.
- After a few moments, the app should start downloading on your device.
