The problem or problems are varied and are not necessarily board specific (Newline/Promethean):
Can't write with finger
Can't write with pen
Can't even get the mouse to write on a flipchart
Can't turn pages
Can't move/manipulate items on the flipchart
The solution that we have discovered is under settings in Active Inspire. You will go to File, Settings, Dual Mode ActivBoards and make sure that the Touch interoperability says OS Compatible.
