This article is about a step this is required to take place before you can self-serve password reset your Computer/Email/Classlink/Wifi password from inside of Classlink. If you'd like to set up password reset self-service, read on:

Log in to Classlink ( using your regular username and password you use to log on to your computer

Click on your account settings avatar/profile picture in the upper right hand corner of the Classlink page and select "SETTINGS"

On the Settings page, click the Recovery tab and click on either Mobile Phone or Email -- whichever one you would want to use if you ever got locked out of your account and needed to get back in. You can do one or both of these options. My suggestion would be to do both just in case.

Follow the steps for setting up Password Recovery - for email, you will need to enter your email address, and Classlink will send you a verification email with a link you need to click. For Mobile, Classlink will send you a 6 digit code that you need to enter for verification (see screenshots below).

Once you're done, your LaunchPad Password Recovery options will both show as enabled.

That's it! After this setup is complete, you will have the ability to reset your Computer/Email/Classlink/WiFi passwords all at once from Classlink!
