If something is being blocked by Securly, you'll see a Gnome page like the one below. Notice there is a link on the gnome page that says "Show more." The details we need to help you are located at that "Show more" link. Click "Show more," and send us a screen shot (or copy and paste) what that link says.
If there isn't a Gnome page, you're experiencing a problem that isn't securly, and a screenshot will be needed to troubleshoot further.
