How to set your email signature:

1. Log in to webmail.maryville-schools.org and click on the gear icon in the upper right hand corner then the "VIew All Outlook Settings" at the bottom.
2. Click on Mail --> Compose and Reply --> Put the new signature message in the box under "Email Signature" and click "Save." Then, under "Select Default Signatures" pick what kinds of messages you want to have the signature attached to (either to New Messages only, Replies/Forwards only, or both).
