Apple Classroom Troubleshooting:

  1. Make sure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are both on with devices you want to add to your Apple Classroom.
  2. Ensure that all devices are on the same Wi-Fi network (in our case, MCS).
  3. If a single student is not connecting to your class and all the others can, restart that iPad and try again.
  4. If multiple students are unable to connect to the class, restart the teacher iPad and try again.



It also seems to work more smoothly if all the iPads are on the same IOS version.
