In this article, we will be going over how to access your voicemail and going through the initial set up. 


  1. First, on your phone you will need to click the Voicemail key. This is usually the second key from the bottom (see picture). You can also dial 11900 to access your voicemail.
  2. When you do this, it will ask you for your pin code. The pin code will be set to 111111 (six 1's) by default once reset. If it will not let you in with that pin, contact your site's IT team through a ticket so it can be reset. 
  3. When you do, the phone will walk you through the steps on setting up a new pin code, setting up a Voicemail message, etc. 
  4. Whenever you would like to access your Voicemail again, you can click the same voicemail button and type in your new pin to access any previously missed messages.
