Common Problems getting logged in to Classlink:

1) Entering a full email address instead of just your username

2) Trying to sign in to the Classlink login page instead of the Maryville City Schools login page

3) Account info hasn't synced from PowerSchool yet

If your account info has to have been entered and approved in PowerSchool before 4pm yesterday for you to have a Classlink account today. If your account info wasn't entered until this morning, your account won't be active yet.

4) (Rare) If you are a new user, and none of the above applies, the IT department may need to force a sync between Classlink and our district's servers. If you think this may be the case, contact your school's Technology Coordinator or Help Desk.
