To audit which computers you've signed in on, visit the link to your account profile in Azure Active Directory by visiting the link below:

https://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com/r/#/profile

If there are any computers that look unfamiliar or definitely incorrect, you can click on Disable device and that device will no longer be able to access your Microsoft account.
