If you get a big blue box like this when you try to go to a website or log in to a service, it's probably because Microsoft Edge is set as your default browser instead of Google Chrome.
To change the default browser to Chrome, follow the steps below:
1) In the Windows search box in the lower left hand corner of Windows, type in Default Apps and select it from the list
2) When the Default Apps screen loads, scroll down to Web Browser and change the default from Edge to Google Chrome.
3) Close the Default apps window - you're all set!
