From a Computer: 

Forward your text messages

Your forwarded text messages will show up in your email or texting app.

1. On your computer, go to voice.google.com.
2. At the top right, click Settings .
3. On the left, click Messages.
4. Turn on the forwarding you want:
   • Forward messages to linked numbers—Next to the linked number, check the box.
   • Forward messages to email—Sends text messages to your email.

Forward your voicemail

Your forwarded voicemail transcripts will show up in your email app.

1. On your computer, go to voice.google.com.

3. On the left, click Voicemail.
4. Turn on Get voicemail via email.

From an Android Phone:

1. On your Android device, open the Voice app .
2. At the top left, tap Menu   Settings.
3. Under Messages, turn on the forwarding you want:
   • Forward messages to linked numbers—Tap, and then next to the linked number, check the box.
   • Forward messages to email—Sends text messages to your email.

2. At the top left, tap Menu Settings.
3. Under Voicemail, turn on Get voicemail via email.

From an iPhone:

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Voice app .
2. At the top left, tap Menu   Settings.
3. Under Messages, turn on the forwarding you want:
   • Forward messages to linked numbers—Tap, and then next to the linked number, check the box.
   • Forward messages to email—Turn on to send text messages to your email.
