If you have a student you can't see, first have them do a full restart of their computer (windows icon, power button icon, restart.... pushing the power button or closing the lid isn't the same). If the problem persists, click on "Show Students not monitored," select their name, Click "Report Selected" and it will give you a code and some instructions. Follow the instructions and send us any pertinent information as part of this ticket.
