How to Do a Full Restart on Your Computer
Updated 2-2021:
From your MCS Device, there should be an icon on the desktop called "Restart Computer." Double-click on it, and your computer should initiate a full restart.
If that icon is missing, you can follow the steps below.
From the login screen:
Click on the Power Icon in the lower right hand corner of Windows and select Restart
From a logged-in computer:
Click on the Windows icon in the lower left hand corner of Windows
*It's important to note that selecting "Shutdown" is not the same as Restarting. When you shut down or sleep (or close the lid on a laptop), it doesn't perform all the actions a Restart performs.
