1) Someone sends you an encrypted email from an @maryville-schools.org address to your personal email. We'll use a gmail account since it's one of the most popular.
2) Open the encrypted email in your email.
3) There will be a link that says "Read the Message." Click on it.
4) It will then give you options to "Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with One-time Passcode." This is logging you in to the Protected Message Portal
5) It will prompt you to enter the credentials for the Google account the message was sent to. The goal of encryption is to make sure that only the appropriate people are able to read your message, so if you enter an account besides the one the message was sent to, it won't work.
