How to Clear Cache and Cookies
Clearing cache and cookies solves a lot of mysterious website account and login issues. To clear your cache and cookies:
1. In Chrome, click on the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner --> History --> History (or, hitting Ctrl+H when Chrome is open will do the same thing.
2. Click "Clear Browsing Data" on the left hand side of the History window
3. On the pop up that opens, set a time range (7 days works well in most cases, but doing "All Time" might be best), check "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," then click "Clear Data"
4. All done! Open a new Chrome window and try to do what you were trying to do when you experienced your initial problem. If it didn't work, respond back to the ticket to let us know.
