The primary fields we look for are tied to the AUP screen below.
#1: Responsible Use Policy (Parent Signature)
AUP=yes means Responsible Use Agreement - Parent Signature has been completed
AUP=no means Responsible Use Agreement - Parent Signature has NOT been completed
#2: Responsible Use Policy (Student Signature)
WSR=yes means Responsible Use Agreement - Student Signature has been completed
WSR=no means Responsible Use Agreement - Student Signature has NOT been completed
#3: Media Release Signature
PMR=yes means the family has been given the MCS Media Release Policy. It does not indicate that the family agrees with the policy, just that they have been given the policy. More details can be found in the Restricted Media Releases section of the Soutions article found here (must be signed in to Freshdesk to access)
PMR=no should never be marked, since all students receive the notification as part of school registration
#4: Restricted Media Release on File
RMR=yes means that the student has a Restricted Media Form on file and shouldn't have information or likeness released publicly (webpage, newspaper, etc.) without special consent
RMR=no means that the student does not have a Restricted Media Form on file. Should they desire one, the process is documented here, but they can find out more by sending an email requesting the RMR form to mediarelease@maryville-schools.org
#5: Paid in Full
Device_Paid=yes means full $40 payment (or prorated during the year) has been received
Device_Paid=No usually isn't marked, since there are other payment options

#6: Installment 1 ($20)
Device_Payment_Plan=yes means a single payment has been made
Device_Payment_Plan=no usually isn't marked, since there are other payment options
#7: Installment 2 (Payment Plan) Paid in Full
U_students_extension.Devicepayment=yes means the second payment has been made on a payment plan and is PAID IN FULL
U_students_extension.Devicepayment=no usually isn't marked, since there are other payment options
#8: Day Use Only
Device_Day_Use_Only=yes means the student is a day user. This is usually due to non-payment. If due to discipline, please make a comment in the "Comments" box
Device_Day_Use_Only=no means that the student can take their device home
#9: Installment 2 (Scholarship) Paid in Full
Device_FRC=yes means the student has been approved for a scholarship to cover payment #2, and is PAID IN FULL.
Device_FRC=no usually isn't marked
#10: Insurance
Device_user_insurance this field is currently unused due to low volume of insurance policies and claims
#11: Comments
Device_user_comments isn't a really searchable field, but the device_user_comments tag can be used to update the field in bulk using PS bulk import templates, or can be exported through quick export.
